About the Center

The Legal Compliance & Advisory Center provides legal advisory and compliance services to individuals and businesses — in Bangladesh and beyond.
Founded by a retired Justice of Bangladesh, the Center brings the judgment of a long career on the bench to everyday legal needs: land and asset matters, commercial contracts, government permissions, import–export, and written legal opinions.
Our approach is simple — understand the matter, explain the position in plain language, agree a clear scope and fee, and see it through. We expect to welcome further advisers to the Center as it grows.

Yes. We advise foreign investors and non-resident Bangladeshis, and can work in English or Bangla.
