Criminal Case Strategy — Prosecution & Defence

Case intelligence, evidence analysis and litigation strategy in complex criminal matters.

What it is

Our role runs Legal Consultant → Case Intelligence & Strategy → Advocate → Courtroom Advocacy. The consultancy functions as the case-management and legal-strategy centre, while the Advocate remains responsible for professional representation in court. Experience on both sides of the bench — as Judge and as Advocate — adds substantial value in complex criminal cases.

What this covers

Case Intelligence & Assessment

Converting facts, evidence, law and investigation materials into a coherent assessment of the case for the prosecution or the defence.

Evidence & Document Analysis

Organising extensive documentary and financial evidence into a usable, issue-wise structure the Advocate can rely on in court.

Litigation Strategy

Developing the case theory, the sequence of proof, and the strategy for examination and cross-examination.

Case Management

Acting as the case-management centre — tracking dates, materials, applications and developments, and keeping the Advocate fully briefed.

Challenges we address

Money Laundering & Financial Crime

Matters turning on transaction trails, financial records and complex proof of source.

Corporate Fraud & Economic Offences

Allegations involving company accounts, forgery, misappropriation and false representation.

Banking & Commercial Offences

Offences arising out of banking transactions, instruments and commercial dealings.

Cybercrime & Digital Evidence

Matters where the evidence is electronic and its integrity must be established.

How we work

  1. 1Study the record, the charge and the evidence
  2. 2Build the case theory and the proof sequence
  3. 3Prepare examination and cross-examination briefs
  4. 4Support the Advocate through every hearing

Typically needed

  • The FIR, charge sheet and case record
  • Statements, seizure lists and expert reports
  • Financial and documentary evidence in the matter
  • Orders passed so far

Our core role

We do not replace courtroom advocacy; we strengthen it. Our role is to convert facts, evidence, law and investigation materials into a coherent litigation strategy, enabling the Advocate to conduct a better-prepared and more effective prosecution or defence.

Please note

We do not appear in court and we do not conduct court proceedings. Formal representation is always undertaken by the Advocate engaged for the matter.
